Sports Massage/Therapy appointments may include: IASTM, Cupping, Dry needle/Acupuncture. Details below.
IASTM*:
A therapy technique that uses specialised tools to massage and manipulate soft tissues in the body, such as muscles and fascia, to improve mobility and reduce pain. Its often used to treat conditions like muscle strains, tendinitis and scar tissue build up.

Cupping is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves placing heated glass or silicone cups on the skin. The sudden cooling of the cups creates suction that pulls the skin and underlying muscles upward, resulting in a deep tissue massage.
